Heather provides account management, support and service for clients – handling the company’s new business and renewal accounts as our Vice President Risk Management & Quality Assurance. She is a dependable company resource for customer inquiries, offering them access to valuable information and guidance.

Heather joined the company in 2007 and worked her way up through the organization to develop the Account Management structure within the organization. She is instrumental in building a specific customer service team and operational procedures.

Having grown from an entry-level position within the company, she’s mastered the art of providing comprehensive solutions to our most valuable clients. In addition, Heather also is a part of the company’s Business Development team, building strategic relationships within the market.

Prior to working for the company, Heather ran her own small business and, these days, in her spare time she is an unabashed cyber geek.
