Franklin Lakes, NJ - PL Risk Advisors, Inc. will be attending the Professional Insurance Agents conference in Atlantic City, NJ from June 8th-10th. Two representatives for PL Risks Advisors, Inc. will be attending: Matthew Culkin and Tyler Brown, both from the Franklin Lakes, New Jersey office. They will be introducing a new and innovative wholesale insurance brokerage focusing on management and professional liability.
At this conference, Matt and Tyler will be on hand to formally announce the formation of PL Risk Advisors, Inc; the new and innovative wholesale division of Axis Insurance Services, LLC.
When asked what he thought about the launch of this company, Tyler said, “I am thrilled to be a part of this exciting new wholesale division of Axis Insurance Services. We are in a unique position to offer our clients a fresh approach to their professional and management liability needs.”
Matt echoed his sentiments adding, “I am proud to be able to introduce PL Risk at this conference and provide brokers with a fresh alternative.”
Prior to joining PL Risk Advisors, Inc. Tyler was an Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance Services in Atlanta, GA specializing in management liability. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, as well as the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU), Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) certifications.
Matthew Culkin joined Axis Insurance Services, LLC in 2012 as an Associate Broker and became a full broker with PL Risk when it was launched in April. He will be responsible for managing both retail and wholesale accounts for the company. He graduated from Marywood University with a bachelor’s in business management and a minor in marketing and is a welcomed addition to the PL Risk team.
