FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ - Executives from Axis Insurance Services, LLC will be spending the day with members of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society for their annual Golf Tournament supporting The PLUS Foundation. 
Axis Insurance Services CEO, Mike Smith and Executive Vice President of Sales, Javier Gonzalez will be playing at the event, which will take place Monday, August 5th at the Echo Lake Country Club in Westfield, NJ.
"We are excited to be supporting The PLUS Foundation again this year," said Mike Smith, "We're hoping that our contributions continue to make a difference towards the efforts of the organization and its mission."
The PLUS Foundation is a nonprofit organization driven by the membership of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS). The Foundation has been very successful in developing and supporting programs that reflect generosity and promote diversity, while continuing to support industry related education and research.
Some of The PLUS Foundation's accomplishments include:
- Providing more than $300,000 in Disaster Relief after the 9/11 and Katrina tragedies
- Drawing students and professors to the professional liability field by awarding $176,000 in research grants since 2005
- Putting $2.2 million to work in philanthropy, diversity and education
