Account Manager, Customer Service & Support

Provides account management, support and service for Axis Insurance Services, LLC’s Professional Liability clients – handling both new business and renewal accounts. She is a dependable resource for customer inquiries, offering access to valuable information and guidance.

Megan is a seasoned Account Manager with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry and has a diverse skill set which enables her to step into multiple roles within the company. She provides outstanding service to clients; helping them navigate through their renewal process.

She began her career at Preserver Group, Inc. as a Claims Investigator, moving across the organization to become an Underwriting Assistant and then an Audit Coordinator, assisting underwriters and agents across commercial and personal lines.

Before joining the company, Megan held Account Management roles in two previous companies. She gained extensive experience managing a large book of commercial business at Atlantic Insurers, Inc.

From 2006-2009 Megan worked with high-profile clients at UIC, Inc., a worldwide risk management consultant firm, managing and negotiating many lines of business coverages.
